Hello and Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,

Come out Saturday, March 13 for2, for the annual Contra Dancing at the Dancing Fih in Melrose. Vaccines required. See this video of Contra Dancing at the Boltin Center.

On Monday nights you can English Country Dancing with Randy and Annette at 6:30 at the United Church of Gainesville. Proof of vaccines required.

The weekend after this coming one is the first Biodanza Weekend of Dance Freedom for the Soul with Yaw Friday through Sunday on March 25 to 27.

Confirm all dance sessions before attending. Confirm with group leaders before attending any sessions. See the calendar for details about these sessions and other dancing, including for times, covid precautions, contact information, and how to attend.

Israeli Dancing with Andy on Mondays
7:00 to 8:00 pm Israeli Circle Dancing
8:00 to 9:00 pm Israeli Partner Dancing

$10 per family, or pay whatever you want, or come for free

Social Dancing with Andy on Tuesdays and Thursdays
7:00 to 8:00 pm Swing
8:00 to 9:00 pm Waltz or Other
9:00 to 9:30 or 10:00 pm Argentine Tango
All Levels Including Beginners

$10 per person per night

The third session the same week is free.

If financial considerations are keeping you from dancing, contact me to make arrangements to pay what you can afford.

Vaccinations required, masks optional, to dance at B'nai Israel. If you cannot get vaccinated for some reason, let me know.

Welcome to the first weekend of Biodanza - Dance Freedom - in Gainesville

Soul Dance - Biodanza

Biodanza is about connection to life through movement - music- emotion. You are born with a dance, it accompanies you through your life. Biodanza helps you reconnect with your own, unique movement.

Biodanza is Art through movement and music. The facilitator takes you on a sequence of music that bypasses your thinking brain straight into your cells, and rekindles with the dance you were born with. Your emotions are awaiting to be danced, Biodanza guides you through five integrated forces within you. The body follows, no words are uttered, you follow the music.

Biodanza is community based, everyone contributes with their soul dance.

We invite you to share this wonderful unique experience.
