Hello and Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,

We are Israeli Dancing With Andy this Monday July 11. Pearl and Patty are coming. Beginners is at 7 pm and is free. Let me know if you are coming. Regulars at 7:30. Next week we will be dancing on Wednesday July 20 not Monday.

On Fridays learn Belly Dance Technique and Combinations with Karen Muratti.

Come out Saturday for the Contra Dance with Katie Zanders and the Yazoo Kickstarts at the Dancing Fish in Melrose.

If you are inclined to dance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, pay for two nights and the third night the same week is free.

Body Groove With Beth at Westside Park

Hello movers!

Come and dance/sweat your heart out with me Saturdays at 10 -11 am for the month of July at West Side Park. Your body will thank you! See the article below about some of the health benefits of dancing.

Parking is at the 34th St. entrance. We now meet by the tennis courts. There are bathrooms and a water fountain. Please bring a towel or a yoga mat, and some water, and wear comfortable shoes that you can safely dance in.
