Two Contra Dances, Family and Friends Outdoor Dance Party Downtown
Hello and Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,
Save the date. Come out June 6 for a new beginner series on Tuesdays. There will be a class for people that want to learn just enough to dance with a partner in social settings like weddings. For those that want to look into taking up dancing on a regular basis, there will be beginner classes in swing and Argentine tango.
Israeli Circle and Partner Dancing with Andy on Monday nights at 7 pm at B'nai Israel. New dancers welcome. Let me know you are coming.
Other Community Dancing
On Friday May 19 come out for the Contra Dance with the GODS from 7 to 9:30 pm at Gainesville Health and Fitness Center, Main Center, Echo Pavilion, 4820 W Newberry Rd, Gainesville.
On Saturday May 20 come out for the Contra Dance with Joey Norton and Katie’s Contradiction at the Dancing Fish in Melrose from 6 to 9 pm at Dancing Fish, 6220 Dogwood Lane, Melrose, $10.
On Sunday May 21 come out for the Family and Friends Outdoor Dance Party Downtown with Wanda Lloyd from 3 to 6 pm at Bo Diddley Plaza, 111 E University Avenue, Gainesville, 32601. Wanda Lloyd, 904-537-7763, Free.

Thursdays Social Dancing with Andy

$10 per person
If you are inclined to dance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, pay for two nights and the third night the same week is free.
If financial considerations keep you from dancing, make arrangements with me to pay what you can afford.
