Contra, Waltz, No Line Dancing in Hawthorne this Week, Machol Miami, Line Dancing at the Senior Center Resumes, Israeli Dancing Monday

Hello and Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,

Machol Miami Israeli Dance Weekend is Friday through Monday December 26 to 29, with pre and after parties so you can dance all week. This is a great event, if you can make it. I have been over a dozen times. At the Sheraton Fort Lauderdale Airport Hotel. 305-690-4343 www.macholmiami.com

Next weekend is the Saturday night Contra dance and Sunday Vintage Waltz brunch. Both excellent events and good for beginners. Casual atmosphere.

There is no Line dancing in Hawthorne this week. Line dancing resumes in Hawthorne next Tuesday, November 18.

Israeli dancing on Monday night at B'nai Israel, at 7 pm, as usual. $5

There is Line dancing at the Senior Center this Thursday at noon. You can still sign up with Santa Fe College Community Education (SFC). 352-395-5193 or at www.sfcollege.edu/cied/communityed

You missed the first two weeks, but can still join beginning Salsa and Hustle. We may be continuing for two or three weeks in December. Contact me.
