Israeli Dancing, Nia with Blackbelt Jason Griffin, International, Contra Dance

Hello and Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,

Israeli Dancing Monday night at 7:15 pm at B'nai Israel. We continued to learn part 1 of the Israeli Partner Dance Besof Maagal. This week we will see if we can get to part 2.

Newer dances we have been doing are: Behar Hagilboa, Erev Ba, Eretz Yisrael Yafa, Lechu Neranena, Shiri Li Kineret and Zemer Nugeh

Newer partner dances: Besof Maagal, Elu Tzipporim and Shecharchoret

A special workshop for Nia Holistic Movement with Blackbelt Jason Alan Griffin takes place this Friday at 9:30 am at Stillpoint Therapy, 2730 NW 39 Avenue. $12

International Folk Dancers meet Friday evening. Contra Dancers meet Sunday afternoon at the Boltin Center at 2:45 for Waltzing and 4 pm for Contra.
