GODS Weekend, New Line Dance Series, Vintage Waltz Brunch

Hello and Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,

Coming up is the Dancing with the GODS Weekend on Friday Februray 26 thru Sunday Februray 28. There will be Contra Dancing every day, along with English Country and Vintage Waltz, with both dance socials and workshops. There may be a waiting list for the weekend, but even if there is you can still go to the Vintage Waltz Brunch at 9:30 on Saturday morning at the Thomas Center. www.godsdance.org/?q=weekend2016

Dancing with Andy

As usual, Israeli Dancing Monday at 7:15 to 8:30 pm.

This is week 6 of 6 for Line Dancing at the Senior Center. Register now via SFC CE for a new 4-week series starting next week, March 3. Call 352-395-5193 or visit www.sfcollege.edu/cied/communityed, look under Seniors.

5:30 to 6:15 New Beginners
6:15 to 7:15 Regular Class
New series on Whip Turns, the basics and exploration.
Dates: February 29 thru April 4, six Mondays
Cost: $75 for the series (one week free), or $15 per night, per person
Thursday Salsa and Lindy-style Swing in March
6:00 to 7:00 Salsa
7:00 to 8:00 Lindy-style Swing
Dates: March 3 thru March 31, five Thursdays
Cost: $60 for the series (one week free), or $15 per night, per person
Both Mondays and Thursdays
Dates: February 29 thru April 4, six Mondays, five Thursdays
Cost: $120 for both series (11 sessions, three sessions free), or $15 per night, per person
Thursday Argentine Tango and West Coast Swing in April
6:00 to 7:00 Argentine Tango
7:10 to 8:10 West Coast Swing
Two new 6-week series via Santa Fe College Community Education at GHS.
Dates: April 7 thru May 12, six Thursdays
Cost: $64 for each series
