No Israeli this Monday, Ira Weisburd Workshop October 7, Help Wanted, Contra Sunday, English Country

Hello and Gainesville Ocala Israeli and Folk Dancers,

No Israeli Dancing with Andy this Monday October 1 due to the holiday of Simchat Torah. We return to Israeli dancing on Monday October 8 at 7:30 pm. $5 per family, students free

Try English Country Dancing with Randy and Annette on Monday from 7 to 9:30 pm at the United Church of Gainesville, 1624 NW 5 Ave.

This coming Sunday October 7 is our Israeli and International Folk Dance Workshop with World Renown Choreographer and Master Teacher Ira Weisburd. This is from 1 to 5 pm at B'nai Israel. This is suitable for everyone with some dance experience. Come out for a fun afternoon. $25

Help Wanted
Doors open at 11 am prior to Ira's workshop. If you can, come early or stay late to help set up the room. We need to rearrange the tables and chairs before and after dancing.

Line Dancing at the Senior Center with Andy is on Thursday October 4 at noon, week 4 of 6.

Ladies Still Wanted for Social Dancing on Thursday night. We had a good gender balance last week. We are still looking for a few ladies to join us. 7 pm is Lindy Swing (slow), 8 pm is Waltz and 9 pm is Argentine Tango. At B'nai Israel.

Next Sunday October 7 is the monthly afternoon Contra Dance at 4 pm, with Waltzing at 2:30, at the Boltin Center.
