Swing Theory in Ocala, Ballroom Dance, Beginner Classes

We have new beginner classes starting on Tuesday June 6. How To Dance With a Partner for Weddings and Social Occasions 2-Week Class, and Beginning Swing, and Argentine Tango 4-Week Series with Andy. Let me know if you are coming.

Join us for Social Dancing with Andy on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Argentine Tango by request at 6 or 9 pm. At 7 pm, Swing on Tuesdays and Hustle! on Thursdays. For those that want, we will do some other dance or dances at 8 pm. Let me know if you are coming. Let me know what you want to do at 8 pm.

On Saturday May 27 come out for Swing Theory at Arthur Murray in Ocala from 7 to 9 pm at Arthur Murray Dance Center, 304 SW Broadway, St. B, Ocala, 34470.

On Saturday May 27 come out for Ballroom Dance Red, White, and Blue Party with Ray and Eileen from 7:30 to 10 pm at Rena's Ballroom, 720 NW 23 Ave, Gainesville. Eileen Parris, 352-331-2742.

On Saturday and Sunday June 3 and 4 come out for Contra Dance Weekend with Seth Tepher & The Syncopaths on Saturday from 7 to 10 pm and on Sunday from noon to 3 pm and again from 6 to 9 pm at Dancing Fish, 6220 Dogwood Lane, Melrose. Vaccines required.

Mondays and Tuesdays take Bachata and Salsa with Salsa Mundial.

Mondays and Wednesdays take Baila Caliente Salsa Dance Lessons at Gainesville’s 5 Star Comedy & Jazz Event Center, 534 N. Main Street at 6 pm. Baila Caliente is in Ocala on Wednesdays.

Tuesdays take Balboa and Lindy Hop Swing Dancing Lessons at The Bull downtown at 6 pm.

Wednesdays take Lindy Hop Swing Dancing Lessons at the Reitz Union at 6:30 pm.

Tuesdays and Thursdays join Club Ballroom with K Smooth at Rosa B Williams Center at 7 pm.

Wednesdays join the UF Argentine Tango Class with Trista and Alper at the Reitz Union at 5:15 pm.

Confirm all dance sessions and Covid policies before attending, especialy when students are on break and during summer when some regular classes are on hiatus. See the calendar for details for each session and for more dancing. Our information may be inaccurate.

If you are inclined to dance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, pay for two nights and the third night the same week is free.

If financial considerations keep you from dancing, make arrangements with me to pay what you can afford.
