Busy Weekend of Tango, Ballroom, Swing, Universal Peace, Harmony and Country Western in Ocala

Harmony Dancing

Some of you may know, I have my own method for how to communicate with a dance partner. I have been working on the book and supporting material for longer than I am embarrassed to say. Finally, a preliminary version appears in sight.

Please do not buy anything yet,but if you have some time, check out the following link. If you see any errors, something is not clear, you see something I can do to make the site more understandable, or you have other suggestions, please let me know.

Right now, I am shooting for some time in August for making the material available locally, first.

Dance Sessions with Andy

On going now is Israeli Dancing on Mondays at 7 pm at B'nai Israel for just $5. Line Dancing on Thursdays at noon at the Senior Center, sign up via SFC. Private lessons just $20 for one, $30 for two, $45 for three.

At the end of August, via SFC: Beginning Israeli Dancing on Mondays. Line Dancing in Hawthorne on Tuesdays. Beginning Argentine Tango on Thursdays at 6 pm at GHS. Beginning West Coast Swing on Thursdays at 7:10 pm at GHS.

Busy Weekend

All kinds of dancing going on this weekend. There are no partner dances on Friday, which means you can try out two fun folk dance sessions. International Folk Dancing with Jack and Linda Seltzer. Dances of Universal Peace with visiting guest leader Taj Loreto from Chile, hosted by Diana Kanoy, at the United Church of Gainesville at 7 pm.

Three different dances on Saturday night. Argentine Tange Milonga El Abrazo, Ballroom Dancing with Ray and Eileen, and in Ocala, Country Western Dancing.

Sunday Nick and the Swingtastics play at Loosey's where you can do Lindy Hop. If you do not know Lindy, that just means you can do any kind of swing dancing for which you are in the mood. Get it, In the Mood, with Glenn Miller, a Swingtastics favorite.
