Halloween Dances, Hustle and Salsa Start Today

Hello and Gainesville Ocala Social Dancers,

Two dances every day this weekend, Friday through Sunday, check the Gainesville dance calendar.

Beginning Salsa and Hustle start tonight, Thursday, at GHS. You can still register via Santa Fe College Community Education (SFC) www.sfcollege.edu/cied/communityed or come by tonight and register tomorrow.

This is week 4 of 6 for West Coast Swing on Monday nights. Our theme this series is connecting with your partner and the music. This week we will continue with fitting the whip turn to music.

Josh's West Coast Swing Yearly Halloween Autism Fundraiser

The big dance this weekend is at the Movement, with professional Danielle Blouin Oates giving a lesson from 7:30 to 8:30. Doors open at 7 and dancing is until 12:30 am. Costume party, prizes, cool lighting. $20, $10 with student ID.

More Halloween Dances

Friday night the UF Swing Club Halloween Dance is at the UTC at 8 pm, free. The Gator Salsa Club and Salsa Mundial Halloween Dance is at By Ear Musician at 10 pm, free.

Saturday night is Argentine Tango Blue Moon Milonga Papirusa in the UTC front room at 8 pm.

Sunday is the Boltin Center monthly afternoon Contra Dance at 4 pm, preceded by Waltzing at 2:45.
