End of Year Dance Party, Contra New Years

Hello and Gainesville Ocala Social Dancers,

Saturday December 30 come to my End-of-Year Dance Party at 7 pm at Rena's Ballroom. This is free. A way for me to say thank you to all of you for participating in our dance community. Everyone is invited. Get there early. Space may be limited.

Come out regardless of what dances you know, even if you do not know any yet. There will be a mix of music, generally in sets of three of the same type, such as swing, salsa, Argentine tango, hustle, waltz and so on. At the beginning I will be giving a free preview lesson from my book How to Dance with a Partner. The preview will be on how to communicate every step in every dance. This preview is for everyone, from people who have never danced before, to experienced dancers, to dance professionals.

Saturday and Sunday there are three Contra Dances at the Boltin Center.

Dancing with Andy

Saturday December 30 End of Year Dance Party - Free
7 pm at Rena's Ballroom

Israeli Dancing Tuesdays December 26 and January 2
at Bnai Israel at 7 pm

Line Dancing Thursday December 28
at the Senior Center at noon

Let me know when and what you want to dance. I am going to be in town the first week of January. Let me know if you want to dance that week.

I will then be out of town for two weeks. Let me know what new series and what day you would like to dance starting around January 22. What day or days: Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays? What dances? Argentine Tango, Country Two Step, Country Waltz, Foxtrot, Hustle, Lindy Swing, Night Club Two Step, Rumba, Salsa, Waltz, West Coast Swing, something else or just practice time.

8:00 pm Argentine Tango

$50 for 4 weeks, or
$15 drop-in, or
$10 for those taking Andrea's class, or
$5 student, or
$5 Tango practice only (no instruction)

One-Year Beginner Israeli Dancing Program
Probably start the week of January 21. No experience needed. Let me know if you would like to join this program.
