West Coast Swing Dance Wednesday, Argentine Tango Weekend, Salsa Social, Contra

Hello and Gainesville Ocala Social Dancers,

This newsletter is out early this week, so you can go to Josh's West Coast Swing Dance on May 30. This is the fifth Wednesday of the month, no lesson, just dancing, from 7 to 9 pm at Rena's, only $5. There is no first Saturday West Coast Swing dance in June. Take advantage to dance here.

Andrea is hosting an Argentine Tango Weekend with Tate Di Chiazza and Karen Jaffe this Friday through Sunday. See the calendar for the schedule and cost. At Rosa B Williams, 524 NW 1 Street.

Baila Caliente Social is this Saturday night at Studio C, 1925 NW 2 Street, with a lesson at 9:30 and dancing until late.

This is the first Sunday of the month, which means you can Contra Dance at the Boltin Center from 4 to 7 pm and Waltz at 2:45.

On Mondays at 7pm there is Swing Dancing at Depot Park, $5

On Tuesday evenings at Haile Plantation there is Argentine Tango with Alper, $10

The UF Swing Club meets on Saturdays during the summer at the Reitz Union, free

Dancing with Andy

We are dancing this Thursday May 31, Hustle, Salsa and Argentine Tango. Since this is not part of a regular series, the cost for the night is only $10.

We will take a break for the first two weeks in June, since I will be out of town. The social hall at B'nai Israel will not be available for dancing in June due to the Junque to Jewels program. We may dance at another location during the last two weeks.

Plan to join us July 7 for a dance social at Rena's Ballroom.
