New Beginner Series Swing, Waltz, Contra, Salsa, Halloween Parties

Hello and Gainesville Ocala Social Dancers,

Lots of dancing this week and next. Take advantage.

Tonight Friday is the BCM Mad Hatter Masquerade Ball with English Country Dancing with Randy and Annette at the Reitz Union from 6:30 to 10:30 pm. Formal attire. Free

UF Swing Club dances as usual on Friday at the Boltin Center at 8 pm. Free

This Saturday night is the monthly evening Contra Dance at the Boltin Center, Waltzing at 5:45. $10

Also Saturday is the monthly Balia Caliente Salsa Social with Bob Ocho at 9:30 pm at Studio C

Latin Dance Nighta at Taste Modern Kitchen regularly on Friday nights in the Sun Center, by the Hippodrome downtown. Free

Sunday is the monthly Vintage Waltz at Rena's Ballroom from 2 to 5 pm, $10

Dancing with Andy

This is our last week before a two week break, because I will be out of town.

We start a New Beginner Series in Lindy Swing on Monday November 12. This is the best time for new dancers to start, because you start with other newcomers like yourself.

We are dancing this Monday night October 22 Week 4 of 4 Country Two Step with Andy at 5:30 pm and Hustle at 6:30 pm. $10 per person per night. At Congregation B'nai Israel.

We are dancing this Thursday night October 25 Week 6 of 6 Lindy Swing with Andy at 7:00 pm, Waltz at 8:00 pm and Argentine Tango at 9:00 pm. $10 per person per night. At Congregation B'nai Israel.
