West Coast Swing Thursday, Waltz, Tango Weekend, Contra

Hello and Gainesville Ocala Social Dancers,

Tonight Thursday April 18 we are dancing West Coast Swing, Waltz and Argentine Tango with Andy. This is week 2 of 4 of our Beginner Series. If you are a new dancer, you can still join us. Experienced dancers meet at the same time. Monday we continue with Country Two Step, Hustle! and Israeli with Andy beginning at 5:30. See below for details for all.

Tomorrow Friday April 19 is free Argentine Tango Workshop with Yuli from 6:15 to 8:15 pm at the UF Reitz Union Studio A. Afterwards from 9 pm to midnight is a milonga at Rena's Ballroom. Free for UF students, $5 for other students, $12 for adults. There will also be a workshop with Yuli on Saturday afternoon at 1:30. uftango@gmail.com

Saturday night is an Argentine Tango Milonga with Thuy and David and Sunday there are workshops with Jorge and Anabel from Argentina. See the calendar for the schedule.

Saturday night Swing Theory is at One Love Cafe from 6 to 9 pm.

Saturday is the monthly evening Contra Dance from 7 to 10 pm at the Boltin Center with Waltzing at 5:45.

Sunday come out for Vintage Waltz with Richard from 2 to 5 pm at Rena's Ballroom.
