You may remember Juliana Azoubel, who was in Gainesville studying and working at UF, and teaching dancing in Gainesville. Juliana brings Brazilian folkloric dance to festivals around the world. Tonight Friday June 21 and tomorrow Saturday is the Teach Me to Dance Weekend Benefit with Wanda Lloyd featuring Line, Steppin, DFW Swing and Urban Ballroom dancing and workshops. https://www.facebook.com/events/896020163918730
This afternoon Friday you can learn Argentine Tango with Trista for free at the Reitz Union at 6:15, for beginners and other levels.
Saturday night Ballroom Dance with Ray and Eileen at Rena's Ballroom.
Join us on Mondays for Beginning Swing, Hustle and Israeli Dancing with Andy starting at 5:30. You can still join the Beginner series for the remaining three weeks. Experienced dancers meet at the same time.
Join us this coming Thursday for West Coast Swing, Nightclub Twostep and Argentine Tango Practice with Andy starting at 7:00 pm.
